Peaceful Refuge near Journal Square

Hello, I am a graduating student at Parsons who will be leaving the New York area in June. I'm looking for someone to sublet my place for June and July with the possibility of extending their stay by signing a lease in August.

The apartment is two bedrooms with a large common space as well as a kitchen with new appliances (stove, microwave) and a bathroom. There are six large windows so it gets lots of sunlight.

The landlord is extremely friendly, responsive, and flexible. The area is relatively quiet and the apartment is within walking distance of a new library, a post office, laundromat, and a large supermarket.

I'll also offer you the option to sell you some of my furniture if you'd like it, including a queen bed from Ikea, bookshelf, wicker dresser, and sewing machine with table.

I'm looking for responsible tenants who will pay rent on time and leave the place in the same state they found it in.
